Role Description
The Owner role at NewtonThrust™ is a remote, contract position responsible for overseeing overall business operations, strategic direction, and brand development. Day-to-day tasks include setting business goals, monitoring financial performance, and making data-informed decisions on pricing, services, and market positioning. The Owner coordinates with contractors, partners, and vendors, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role also involves managing client relationships, reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company policies. The Owner is expected to identify growth opportunities, optimize workflows, and maintain a strong online presence for NewtonThrust™.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in business ownership, entrepreneurship, or operating a small business, with the ability to manage strategy, operations, and finances.
- Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, including familiarity with accounting tools and performance metrics.
- Experience with contract management,



vendor relations, and negotiation to secure favorable terms and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Ability to lead remote teams or contractors, including clear communication, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
- Proficiency with digital tools used for remote work, such as project management software, collaboration platforms, and cloud-based document systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including prioritization of multiple projects and deadlines.
- Adaptability in changing market conditions and a problem-solving mindset to address operational and strategic challenges.
- Relevant experience in the industry or service domain of NewtonThrust™ is preferred.
