Monitor performance indicators related to project delivery, productivity, workloads, service levels and operating costs.

Reporting and Dashboards:
Prepare regular reports, performance summaries and management dashboards using accurate and clearly presented information.

Review existing workflows, identify delays or inefficiencies and recommend practic
