We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at the brand-new Hampton by Hilton Venice Isola Nuova.

Position Overview:

As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring a high standard of service, and leading a team of staff. This role is vital in maintaining a positive dining atmosphere and ensuring that our guests receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
- Train, mentor, and manage staff to ensure exceptional service standards and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in scheduling and staffing needs to maintain optimal service levels.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth workflow and quality food presentation.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and ensure efficiency.
- Prepare reports on restaurant performance, including sales,



customer feedback, and staff productivity.
- Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards in all areas of the restaurant.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high morale.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficient in POS systems, reservation platforms and restaurant software’s.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
