to join its finance team based in Rome.
The role offers broad international exposure and the opportunity to act as a strategic business partner, supporting both headquarters and regional teams in driving business performance and financial excellence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, performance analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and investment monitoring across multiple international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting and performance analysis for international business operations.
- Monitor profitability, margins, costs, and operational KPIs, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
- Analyze P&L;, cash flow, balance sheet, inventory, and capital investments.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities across multiple legal entities.
- Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate planning and financial visibility.
- Provide meaningful insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and performance monitoring processes.
- Identify efficiency opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives across the finance function.
- Partner with commercial, operations, supply chain, merchandising, and IT teams to improve business performance.
- Support investment analysis and monitor key business initiatives and projects.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders and finance teams across different regions.
Ideal Candidate
- At least 8 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A;, Finance Business Partnering, or related finance roles.
- Previous experience in international and structured environments.
