The Aereo Performance and Risk Manager identifies, manages, and mitigates operational and contractual risks while championing productivity and cost efficiency across long‑term service contracts. The role partners closely with operations, finance, and contract teams to ensure safe, reliable, and profitable service delivery.
Maintain and update risk registers and develop proactive mitigation strategies for operational and commercial risks.
Analyze complex data to monitor financial and operational KPIs, ensuring alignment with contract commitments.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline work preparation, scheduling, and execution methods.
Lead root‑cause analysis efforts to eliminate recurring issues and enhance long‑term asset performance.
Experience navigating long‑term service contracts and industrial maintenance contexts.
Ability to translate complex operational data into clear financial and performance insights.




Strong influence skills across operations, finance, and contract management teams.
Commitment to continuous improvement and sustainable change.
Formal education in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred but not required; total experience and professional achievements are primary criteria.
