As a Junior Automation & Electrification Specialist, you will join our Automation & Electrification Business Unit and be based at our headquarters in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI).
Responsibilities
Business Strategy: Develop appropriate business models, define product positioning, and transfer the defined strategy to the direct and indirect sales network to achieve targets.
Market Development: Analyze the competition, identify new business opportunities, and gather information directly from customers to support the proposal of innovative solutions.
Product Management: Take responsibility for the products in your Business Area, interacting with the Headquarters and supporting the sales force.
Marketing & Performance:



Plan strategic marketing activities and constantly monitor KPIs and the opportunity pipeline to ensure the success of your initiatives.
Qualifications
Education: Degree in Engineering.
Flexible person with an open mindset, ready to take on new challenges and activities.
Analytical skills, capacity for strategic vision, and strong customer focus.
Benefits
~ Gross annual salary (RAL) €31,000 – €32,000 for a 40-hour work week, plus an individual performance‑related premio.
