We are currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Trilingual Customer Support/
Warehouse Coordinator
to join our warehouse operations team in
Naples, Italy
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in Italian, English, and Turkish while coordinating daily warehouse activities, monitoring shipments, and preparing documentation.

Experience:
- Minimum
2+ years
in customer support, logistics, freight forwarding, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in
Italian, English, and Turkish
- Provide accurate information regarding shipments, logistics services, and order status
- Receive incoming goods and verify shipment details
- Label packages with shipment codes/barcodes and prepare them for dispatch
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing




- Prepare quotations and follow up with potential and existing customers
- Process shipping documentation and maintain accurate records
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring high customer satisfaction

Essential Skills & Attributes:
- Italian (C1 or higher)
– mandatory
- English (C1 or higher)
– mandatory
- Turkish (B2 or higher)
– highly preferred
- Knowledge of
any additional European language
is considered an advantage
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; experience with warehouse or logistics management systems is an advantage
- Professional, proactive, and a team player with strong problem-solving abilities
