We are looking for an experienced E‑File ( E‑Akte ) Consultant / ECM Expert to support large-scale digitalization initiatives in a German public sector environment. The role focuses on consulting, process analysis and implementation support for electronic file management solutions, including E‑Akte, ECM/DMS and workflow-driven document management processes.

You will join an international project for a German public sector client, supporting digital transformation, optimisation of administrative processes and adoption of electronic document management solutions.

Your role





- Support implementation and rollout of E‑Akte / ECM solutions
- Analyse and optimise document management and administrative processes
- Work closely with business stakeholders, end users and technical teams
- Gather, structure and document business requirements
- Support workshops, stakeholder discussions and consulting activities
- Contribute to project planning, coordination and execution
- Support change management, user adoption and training activities
- Prepare documentation, user guides and training materials

Requirements (must have)

- Practical knowledge of E‑Akte / electronic file management
- Experience in ECM, DMS, document management or digitalization projects
- Strong consulting skills and experience working with business stakeholders
- Experience in business process analysis and optimisation
- Participation in system implementation, rollout or transformation projects
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- German language skills: B2 or higher
- English language skills: B2 or higher
- Willingness to travel to Germany, Munich

Nice to have

- Experience in German public sector / public administration projects




- Knowledge of German government document management processes
- Experience in e‑Government or public sector digitalization initiatives
- Experience in large-scale rollouts and user training
- Knowledge of records management, workflows or administrative document processes
- Experience with Fabasoft eGov‑Suite or other ECM/DMS platforms
