KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and provide scalable platforms for the deployment of applications and infrastructure.

- Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructures.
- Understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying them to developers.
- Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes.
- Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats.
- Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and fixes.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

- Experience with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as OpenStack.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure networking.
- Experience with Kubernetes-based cloud offerings such as Amazon EKS.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Configuration and deployment experience.
- Experience in setting up and maintaining Kubernetes clusters.
- Knowledge of Go programming language.
- Experience supporting services such as NAT gateways and load balancers,



including Kubernetes-based load balancer provisioning.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments (e.g., Jira, OpenProject).
- Experience in developing AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, Agentic Workflows, GraphRAG, LLM Reasoning, and enterprise solutions based on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI architectures.

WHAT WE OFFER:

Your compensation package will be defined based on the role identified, your professional experience, technical expertise, the level of responsibility associated with the position, and the organizational context in which you will join.

The collective labour agreement (CCNL) applied is the Tertiary, Distribution and Services Sector (Commercio). The position is expected to start from the IV level, with a gross annual salary (RAL) ranging from €31000 to €50000, depending on experience and qualifications.
