About the Role

We are looking for two motivated and entrepreneurial graduates to join our team as Business Development & Innovation Interns at our office in Albano Laziale.

This is not a purely administrative internship. The selected candidates will work directly on the development of new business opportunities and will be involved throughout the full process: researching opportunities, developing strategies, testing new ideas, supporting implementation, improving our products and services, and contributing directly to the delivery of activities.

The role is particularly suitable for graduates interested in business development, entrepreneurship, education, innovation, international projects, product development, and market expansion.

Main Responsibilities The interns will support the team in:

Business Development & New Revenue Streams

- Researching and identifying new markets, customer segments, partnerships, products, and potential income streams.
- Conducting market, competitor, and customer research.
- Supporting the development of business models, pricing strategies, go-to-market approaches, and commercial strategies.
- Evaluating the feasibility and potential profitability of new business ideas.
- Preparing business development proposals, presentations, concept notes, and supporting materials.

Strategy Execution

- Moving from ideas and strategy to actual implementation and market testing.
- Supporting outreach to potential clients, partners, institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Assisting with lead generation, partnership development, and follow-up activities.
- Supporting the launch and testing of new products, services, courses, workshops, and other initiatives.
- Monitoring results and recommending adjustments based on market feedback and performance.

Product Development & Improvement
- Contributing to the design and development of new educational and commercial products.
- Reviewing existing products and identifying opportunities to improve their content, positioning, customer experience, delivery model, and commercial attractiveness.
- Collecting and analysing participant/client feedback.
- Helping transform initial ideas into structured, market-ready products.

Activity & Programme Delivery




- Supporting the organisation and direct delivery of activities, workshops, training programmes, events, and other services.
- Assisting trainers, participants, clients, and partners before and during activities.
- Preparing materials and supporting the logistical and operational aspects of programme delivery.
- Where appropriate, taking an active role in facilitating selected activities.

General Business Support

- Working closely with management on new strategic initiatives.
- Supporting the preparation of reports, presentations, proposals, and internal planning documents.
- Coordinating with different team members and external partners to ensure projects are executed effectively.
- Taking ownership of assigned projects and following them from planning through execution.

Candidate Requirements

Essential Requirements

Candidates must

- Have already completed a university degree. Applications from candidates who are still enrolled as students will not be considered.
- Be able to work on-site from our office in Albano Laziale.
- Have a strong interest in business development, entrepreneurship, innovation, or product development.
- Have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Be comfortable conducting research and turning information into practical recommendations.
- Have good organisational skills and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
- Be proactive and able to work with a reasonable level of independence.
- Be comfortable communicating with clients, participants, partners, and colleagues.
- Have good written and spoken English.l and Italian.
- Have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, particularly Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, and PowerPoint/Slides.

Preferred Qualifications The following will be considered an advantage:
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Marketing, International Relations, Education, Communication, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
- Previous internship, volunteering, project, or professional experience in business development, sales, marketing, startups, education, training, or project management.
- Knowledge of additional languages.




- Experience with digital marketing, social media, CRM tools, market research, or business analysis.
- Experience organising or delivering workshops, training activities, events, or educational programmes.
- Interest in international education, EU programmes, professional training, or international partnerships.
