Responsibilities

- Building the after-sales system and team.

- Planning after-sales strategy and implementation plan according to the company's strategy to ensure the implementation effect.

- Setting up after-sale operating standards, working procedures and operating systems for all modules.

- Collecting benchmarking information, reviewing after-sales development trends, planning after-sales development strategies and setting after-sales goals, and controlling the overall direction of after-sales business.

- Monitor the achievement of after-sale strategies and objectives, plan and implement countermeasures.

- Design and implementation of spare parts warehouse and logistics scheme, and ensure spare parts service.

- Planning after-sales localization development mode and promoting localization process.

- Planning, building, expanding, checking and managing service providers and service networks according to business development.

- Building efficient technical support and claim channels, and establishing an after-sales training system.

- Upgrading after-sales service, planning and implementing proactive, human-oriented after-sales service.

- Preparing annual demand plans and budget demands.

Requirements

- Familiar with the European automotive industry, management working experience in European OEMS after sales is preferred.

- Fluent in English,



candidates with other European languages (German, Spanish, Italian) are preferred.
