You will combine your technical expertise with market intelligence to manage technical projects, handle product validation during customer engagements, and drive product growth. Location : Milan (On-site) Contract Type : Fixed-Term Outsourcing Contract (via Randstad) – With potential for long-term visibility Salary Range : €35,000 - €40,000 Gross Annual (Commensurate with experience) Benefits : Performance Premio + €8/day Ticket Restaurants Key Responsibilities Technical Validation & Troubleshooting : Conduct product testing, identify and analyze technical bugs, and coordinate closely with the HQ R&D; team to ensure swift resolution Client & Project Management : Manage and monitor product validation timelines for major Telecommunication operators (with a specific focus on Spanish carriers), ensuring all requirements are delivered on time Product Advocacy :



Master product configurations and technical USPs to lead technical communications with clients, driving product expansion and supporting industry bidding processes Market Insights : Conduct industry research using standard analysis tools to identify market trends, competitor moves, and new growth opportunities Reporting : Produce and present high-quality technical reports and data analysis for both internal and external stakeholders Requirements Professional Experience: Proven background in Testing, Software/Hardware development, or Technical Project Management within the Consumer Electronics or Telecommunications industry (specific experience with MBB Devices or the Smartphone business is highly advantageous). Technical & Analytical Mindset: Strong technical foundation with a fast-learning ability; capable of translating complex technical details into compelling, client-facing langua Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a structured/organized way of working, and the ability to collaborate with cross-cultural teams. Languages: Proficiency in English and Italian is mandatory. Fluency in Chinese will be considered a distinct and strong advantage.
