Responsibilities - Manage the entire payroll process, liaising with HRIS and payroll provider as necessary (e.g. timesheets, payslips checks, personnel cost, TFR management etc.) - Manage the HR operations processes and administrative tasks (e.g. contracts, lavoro da remoto, medical checks, health and safety trainings, welfare, health insurances, buoni pasto etc.) - Provide advice and guidance to employees on HR and payroll related matters (responding to general inquiries) - Identify ways to continuously improve policies and processes - Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations (e.g. Right to Work checks) - Update all employee records, digital and physical - Maintain and update the personnel database (new hires, terminations, vacations, medical leaves, maternity leaves, bonuses, salary increases, and other required information)
