Internationally acclaimed luxury hospitality design firm Tihany Design is seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager/Design Manager to join the Roma studio.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of related experience including demonstrated success as a project manager on a range of hospitality interiors project types
- Strong interior architectural drawing and technical detailing skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, MS Office
- Experience with the entire project lifecycle
- Experience working on multiple projects and managing tight deadlines
- Experience leading, managing and mentoring multiple project teams
- Strong leadership, organization, communication and relationship management skills
- Leadership and ability to collaborate with project teams
- Positive attitude, flexible and enthusiastic
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all phases of hospitality interiors projects, including project set-up, design and construction administration
- Key team member managing the Client Management relationship
- Developing project schedules for each phase in conjunction with client construction program
- Ensure projects conform to contract
- Managing projects independently, coordinating and cultivating relationships with other pro
