JHC Consulting is currently supporting a partner based in Milan on a series of long-term governance and strategy mandates. To support the principals in this work, we are looking for a Junior Project Coordinator. This role is essential for maintaining the clarity and discipline our firm requires when providing counsel to boards and chief executives. As a small, deliberate practice, we rely on precise coordination to ensure our written work meets the high standards our clients expect. The position is fully remote, allowing for a focused and professional working environment.

The Role
You will manage the administrative flow of our advisory engagements. This involves tracking the progress of memoranda from initial reading through to the final signed document. You will organize the internal review schedules for our Milan-based project, ensuring that every piece of analysis is proofed and revised according to our firm's protocols. Much of your day will involve reading internal cases and organizing the logic of our files.



You will also coordinate communication between our principals and the client executive offices, maintaining the discretion required for such sensitive work. This is not a role of managing people, but one of managing the discipline and accuracy of the written word.

What You Bring
We are looking for an individual with an exceptional command of written English and a keen eye for logical consistency. This is an entry level position, so we value intellectual maturity and the ability to learn our specific method of analytical writing. We need someone who can follow complex arguments and identify gaps in a narrative. Helpful background for this role includes:
A university degree in a field that requires rigorous research and writing, such as history, law, philosophy, or economics.
The ability to work independently in a fully remote setting, staying organized without constant supervision.
