You’ll shape the operating model, tooling strategy, and delivery standards within the Marketing CoE, working closely with brand teams and local web/dev groups.

You will drive scalable processes and AI-influenced tooling adoption to improve speed, quality, and consistency of marketing execution.

This role combines hands-on leadership with strategic governance in a fast-paced, AI-influenced marketing landscape.Own the MarTech & Automation stack across brands and markets (HubSpot, automation platforms, tagging, data flows) with standards for configuration, integration health, and tool adoptionLead CX Integration, including campaign-driven landing pages, web assets, tracking/QA bridging Marketing, UX, Product,
