Morgan's leading Investment Banking EMEA M&A; team, based in Milan. This is a new and exciting opportunity to further grow a new business vertical in partnership with the local Investment Banking and Commercial Banking teams across EMEA and globally.

As an Associate within the Investment Banking M&A; Italian team, you will be a pivotal player in our business strategy and execution. Your responsibilities will include participating in the "full cycle" of transactional execution including preparing marketing pitches, reviewing and formulating financial analysis, preparing and presenting internal committee memoranda and client presentations. You are expected to implement the execution function including working with analysts and associates, as well as assisting more senior bankers. Build complex financial models and preparing valuation, merger and other analytical exercises

Draft presentation materials, management & Board materials, Memoranda, and other presentation for use in M&A; transactions or strategic client dialogue





Keep abreast of key market developments and establishing knowledge of the latest developments in the structuring and execution of M&A; transactions

Collaborate closely with various industry, country and other product colleagues during origination and execution stages

Help with organising and project managing M&A; process

Support due diligence, deal documentation and announcement preparation

Prior investment banking experience

A well-rounded academic background from a top tier educational institution

Outstanding financial modelling skills

Impeccable communication details with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders in other line of business.

Demonstrate interest in and focus on M&A; structuring

Eagerness to learn, develop and grow within corporate finance. Fluent in Italian and English

Solid understanding of broader IB products

Experience in dealing with clients and other transactional adviser
