We are seeking a well-connected and results-driven individual with strong industry relationships to join us as a Sourcing Agent / Business Development Partner across Europe. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with an existing network of buyers, brands, and importers who are looking for a high-reward, performance-based partnership.

About Us:
Checkmate Textile is a Pakistan-based textile sourcing and manufacturing coordination company, bridging reliable manufacturers with global buyers, brands, retailers, and importers. We work in close partnership with international trading networks whose portfolio includes globally recognized brands such as Carolina Herrera and New Balance — this reflects the caliber of business we operate at, and the level of agent we are looking to bring on board.

Compensation Structure:
This is a partnership-based, commission-only role — there is no fixed salary, retainer, or guaranteed income. The agent will earn 20% commission on the profit generated from deals they close.



High-performing agents are eligible for a performance premio of up to $27,000 for closing at least 4 major deals, or a combined minimum of 60,000 pieces, within 6 months.

Please note: If you require guaranteed monthly income, this role will not be suitable for you — this is designed for entrepreneurial, business-minded professionals.

Core Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential buyers, brands, importers, wholesalers, and retailers across Europe
• Present and promote our sourcing and manufacturing capabilities (Apparel Sourcing, Garment Manufacturing, Textile Production) to prospective clients
• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships within the fashion/apparel industry
• Facilitate negotiations and coordinate agreements between clients and our manufacturing partners
• Provide market insight on pricing trends, buyer behavior, and competitor activity
• Maintain consistent communication on leads, pipeline status, and deal progress
