Trillium Pumps Italy is looking for a Proposal Engineer. Proposal Engineer reports to the O&G; Pumps Retrofit & Replacements Team Manager and is part of Aftermarket Commercial Operations Team 2 (AMCOT2). Proposal Engineer carries out most of its activities during the offer phase, working in close collaboration with the Application Engineer and Mechanical Application Engineer, acting as the main customer reference. Responsibilities Including but not limited to: Customer Technical Specification and MR Analysis (received from Sales Team) Selection of the requested pump using Intelliquip software selection tool or internal TMP selection tool Selection of main components in the customer MR Management of Customer queries (deviations and clarifications) Collaboration with Application Engineers for the Buy Out Items Participation in technical alignment meeting / call, with possible presence at customer site. Interacting with "R&D;" department or Aftermarket engineering to define / asses selected MR pumps curves. Managing Customers' "Technical Queries" or "Clarifications",



collaborating with Application Engineer. Complete definition of the cost associated with all offered items Definition of pricing, based on the indications of Proposal Manager and Sales Team Preparation of the "offer package", including all relevant attachments. Reporting into Intelliquip of the result of the final negotiation managed by Sales. Generating through Intelliquip the ".xml" file that is the input for the interface between Intelliquip and SAP, to create the SAP project. Checking coherence of the supply scope of the PO received from the Customer vs the latest submitted quote. Support the PE and PM during internal and Customer Kick Off Meeting (KOM) Update of the KPIs of the COT team with progress data quotation process Salesforce and DOA management The above activities can be referred both to Budget and Firm Quotations In case of quotes with a non-complex technical scope or in case of huge workload
