Duties and Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, including sales associates, cashiers, and stockroom personnel. Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to maximize employee productivity and job satisfaction. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. Set clear expectations and goals for the team and motivate them to achieve targets. Sales and Customer Service:



Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets. Monitor and analyse sales figures, identify trends, and implement necessary measures to optimize sales performance. Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times, resolving customer issues and inquiries in a timely and satisfactory manner. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer loyalty and repeat business. Store Operations and Merchandising: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and inventory control. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained to provide an inviting shopping environment. Implement effective visual merchandising techniques to enhance product presentation and maximize sales opportunities. Monitor and manage inventory levels, replenishment, and product ordering to avoid stockouts and minimize overstock situ
