Pay Range $47.50 - $71.25 Patient Care & Clinical Assessments Diagnose and treat acute and chronic neurological conditions within established nurse/physician protocols Perform comprehensive patient evaluations including history, physical exams, and diagnostic interpretation Develop differential diagnoses and implement appropriate treatment plans Monitor chronic conditions and assess treatment effectiveness and patient compliance Determine appropriate follow-up care, referrals,



and need for physician intervention Provide preventive care and patient counseling on health maintenance and disease prevention Ensure infection control protocols are followed and appropriately triage patients Patient Education Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatment plans, and self-care practices Tailor education to patient learning needs, abilities, and developmental levels Utilize educational materials and tools to reinforce learning and document outcomes Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records Ensure documentation supports appropriate billing and reflects the level of care provided Update problem lists, medication lists, and patient histories regularly Document all patient interactions, including follow-ups and communication with specialists Collaboration & Team Support Work closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care Provide clinical guidance, training, and support to staff as needed Participate in improving patient flow and addressing care delivery challenges Medication & Protocol Management P
