The PositionThe Industrial Controller is responsible for ensuring accurate control of production costs and inventory, with a strong focus on margin analysis, cost variances and operational efficiency.
Reporting to the CFO, s/he will play a key role in driving business performance by overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor production costs and calculate product margins
- Analyze cost variances (materials, labor, overhead) and investigate deviations
- Monitor and control inventory levels (raw materials, WIP, finished goods)
- Support monthly closing activities with production and inventory data
- Develop and maintain standard costing and accounting




- Collaborate closely with production and supply chain teams
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes related to production and inventory
- Work on the project's income statement
- Monthly marginality analysis; deviations with budget

Requirements:The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar
- Significant experience of industrial/plant controlling in manufacturing environment
- Solid skills in Excel
- Solid skills in ERP/MRP system
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood professional knowledge of English
- Good use of Alyante (Gamma Enterprise) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) would be preferred
