We connect top creators with the world's best venues — turning real experiences into high-impact content that drives visibility and bookings. No boring marketing. No influencer headaches. Just real content, real reach, real results. We're growing fast across multiple markets, and we're looking for a Head of HR to build and lead the people function from the ground up. What you'll own The people function. You'll audit what exists, identify the gaps, and build the infrastructure that allows TSS to hire, onboard, and retain talent reliably across all active markets. Policies, contracts, HRIS, onboarding - all of it. Culture and retention. TSS is high-performance and high-autonomy. You'll make that culture intentional, consistent, and resilient. Retention is a commercial metric here, not an HR vanity number. Talent strategy. You'll set the hiring quality bar, align on workforce planning,



and step in at key decision points - particularly final-stage interviews for leadership and senior hires. Day-to-day sourcing and pipeline sits with the Recruitment Manager; strategy sits with you. People data. Monthly people dashboards, attrition reporting, compensation reviews - you'll use data to make better decisions and hold the business accountable for people metrics.
