Founding Growth Marketing Specialist We are looking for a Growth Marketing & Go-To-Market Specialist to help us build and scale the first growth engine of two early-stage initiatives. This is a 0→1 role. You won't manage an existing marketing structure — you will help create it. You will work directly with the founder and external advisors to transform positioning, content, traffic and partnerships into measurable business growth. This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who can contribute to growth strategy, but who is equally comfortable executing campaigns, creating content, optimizing funnels and improving conversion rates. You will work on two different but connected business models: INITIATIVE N°1 A digital ecosystem focused on certified skills, verified profiles, education, institutions and professional growth. INITIATIVE N°2 An AI-powered platform for Augmented Decision-Making, helping organizations transform fragmented information into measurable business decisions. You will be responsible for turning visibility into demand, supporting outbound initiatives and helping structure a scalable system connecting content → traffic → conversion → growth.
