Ensure compliance with commitments regarding quality, deadlines, and costs. ////// JOB DESCRIPTION Your mission will include the following activities: Develop and monitor the products Sales and After-Sales Service activity plan for the area: activity forecasts, workload plans, operating budgets, and monitoring of costs and profitability for services and service contracts. Contribute to the business development of tooling sales and after-sales services such as: preparing proposals and quotes,



negotiating and monitoring contracts, and managing customer relationships. Conduct business reviews and contribute to defining corrective and improvement actions. And specifically for the After-Sales perimeter: Manage and coordinate all After-Sales Service activities within the assigned area (region/sites): organizing operations, implementing the company's after-sales service strategy, managing resources, and developing team skills. Oversee the feasibility and execution of After-Sales Service activities: assess technical and human resources, prioritize tasks, approve service requests, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners. Organize the planning of After-Sales Service activities (schedules, timing, subcontracting) and ensure regular communication with customers regarding the progress of services.
