We have partnered with an ingredient distributor to recruit for a Business Development Manager - Flavours. This commercial role is responsible for growing customer relationships and expanding Italian market presence for their flavour solutions across various food and beverage categories. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Food Science, or a related discipline. 4+ years of sales or account management experience within the ingredient industry. Proven ability to manage key accounts while driving incremental growth. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-facing skills. Responsibilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of food and beverage customers across Italy. Develop new business opportunities with emerging and established manufacturers.



Partner with applications and R&D; teams to support customer briefs, trials, and commercialisation. Lead pricing discussions, account planning, and commercial negotiations. Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and market intelligence. Represent the business at customer meetings, trade shows, and regional industry events.
