· Coordinate interior fit-out works, including builder's works (partitions, ceilings, flooring) and MEP integration, ensuring alignment with project specifications and timelines. · Review, comment, and expedite design submissions from the local consultants and contractors. · Manage RFI replies, issuance of design changes, value engineering proposals, and variation requests. · Conduct regular site inspections and audits to confirm that construction adheres to approved designs, incorporates site-specific conditions, and meets Italian building standards/regulations. · Identify and resolve coordination issues proactively, escalating risks to the head office team as needed. · Prepare progress reports, punch lists, and handover documentation oversight. · Attend mock-up review and ensure proper documentation. · Liaise with the hotel operator for proper handover. · Ensure compliance with relevant local Italian regulations and licensing requirements.
