This role requires a multi-faceted creative powerhouse who is equally comfortable behind the camera, executing high-level edits, and directing external agency partners. The Role We are looking for a creative professional with experience managing freelancers or external agencies, who can work at our offices in Rome for at least one week a month, and who has a fully professional command of English. You will be the guardian of our brand's visual presence on our primary video platforms. We need an absolute expert in post-production, cinematography, and project coordination. You can effortlessly switch between high-end, long-form You Tube videos and fast-paced, viral vertical content, while utilizing cutting-edge AI tools to dramatically accelerate your workflow. Agency Leadership: You aren't a lone wolf. You will direct two external agencies that handle the majority of our physical shoots.
