Demonstrate expert knowledge of the brand's history, craftsmanship, materials, and aesthetic codes. Provide personalised styling advice, sharing insights on fashion trends and full looks (footwear & apparel). Build meaningful client relationships through authentic clienteling and follow-up communication.
