QA/QC Manager – EAF Furnace Project (Sweden) We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to join a major Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) project in Sweden. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction, mechanical, piping, structural steel, electrical, and commissioning activities comply with project specifications, applicable codes, standards, and client quality requirements. and maintain the Project Quality Management System. Ensure compliance with project quality requirements, procedures, and international standards. Coordinate and supervise QA/QC inspectors and quality personnel on site. Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and quality documentation. Monitor inspections, testing activities, and material receiving processes. Manage non-conformities (NCRs), corrective actions, and root cause investigations. Interface with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and third-party inspectors on all quality-related matters. Support audits, quality reviews, and project reporting activities.
