The role is designed for the start-up phase of the Italian market and combines direct commercial responsibility with the opportunity to evolve into a broader managerial position as the organization grows locally . Key Responsibilitie s The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing the Italian market through direct commercial activities, with a strong hands-on approach. The role includes managing relationships with key customers, distributors, and dental practices, actively driving sales performance, and contributing to the definition and execution of the go-to-market strategy in Italy . Main Activitie s Direct development of sales activities in Italy, including field sales and commercial meetings with key stakeholders in the dental market . Management and development of relationships with key accounts, distributors, and dental clinics .



Achievement of agreed sales targets and systematic monitoring of performance . Contribution to market analysis, identification of growth opportunities, and competitive monitoring . Close collaboration with headquarters and cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, quality, and finance . Active contribution to the future set-up of the Italian sales structure . Requirement s Experience in sales or business development roles within the dental industry or closely related medical sectors . Strong track record in developing new markets or business opportunities, preferably in start-up or early-stage contexts . Solid knowledge of the Italian dental market, including dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists, and distributors . Strong commercial mindset with a hands-on and entrepreneurial approach .
