As an Industrialization Enginerr you will have the opportunity to experience
what it is like to manage a highly complex Manufacturing Department, assuring
excellent quality standards and manage the introduction of new products.

Main responsibilities:

* Drive alignment of New Product Introduction strategy with internal
stakeholders
* Drive unresolved problems to the appropriate groups, by working with
technical office, quality, tooling engineering
* Verify the work cycle of the components using the data that came from the
pre-series area
* Verify the accuracy of the bom
* Verification of correctness of work cycle declared by avanserie;
* Verification of correctness of the bill of materials;
* Field inspection of workpieces by interfacing with: department head, shift
leader, area manager, and quality department
* Execution of tests in the department
* Interface with shop floor for execution and validation of tes
