The role also includes managing IT operations across two sites in the Milan metropolitan area, ensuring effective support, operational continuity, and coordination of activities according to business needs and project priorities.
Job responsibilities




- Follow up on IT projects and projects that involve IT.
- Source and facilitate IT support by meeting the site flexibility needs.
- Identify and manage incidents having a significant impact on production and shipments.
- It provides reporting on these incidents, communication to the impacted business teams as well as to the IT manager and his hierarchy. Identifies and alerts on recurring incidents.
- Identify and tracks IT requests made by the site.
- Verify the compatibility with the governance rules before they are implemented or checks with the IT Manager of the Country Manager for their feasibility.
- Identify actions to secure critical activities of the site (security stock, escalation process)
- Executes, contributes to the organization and planning of maintenance operations, in coordination with site management and its IT correspondents.
