Job Title: Fleet Support Center Engineer

Purpose of the Job:

* Provide real-time technical support to train drivers and operations teams in
case of faults during service of locomotives

* Monitor locomotives systems remotely and respond promptly to operational
anomalies

* Coordinate with traffic control and fleet management to manage locomoties
availability and service recovery

* Provide clear and accurate instructions or guidance based on established
protocols and procedures

* Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to railway equipment providing




timely solutions and support to the off-site technical interventions

* Prepare detailed reports and documentation of off-site maintenance
activities, including findings and recommendations

* Analyze incidents and support post-event investigations to determine
technical causes

* Collaborate with maintenance teams and contractors to support repairs and
maintenance work

* Participate in root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement
initiatives

* Conduct field inspections special checks and assessments of rolling stock
(locomotives)

* Review fleet failures, downtime reports and equipment histories to uncover
reoccurring operation problems. As appropriate he will utilize continuous
improvement tools to identify root cause and work to implement a solution
helping the Reliability Growth team.
