Responsibilities
- Develop and manage distributors, EPCs, Project Developers, Investors, Energy companies, IPPs, designers and other relevant companies in Bulgaria and further development in Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Moldova*, ensuring the growth of both direct and distribution partners
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with utility and distribution partners, expanding the company’s sales coverage across the given markets
- Design, develop and implement the company’s sales plan in the region aligned with strategic objectives of Trina Solar
- Identify, establish, and manage multi-tiered relationships with key accounts, including utilities and distribution partners, to ensure long-term business partnerships
- Negotiate and follow up on contracts, ensuring alignment with customers’ needs and company objectives
- Manage the entire selling process from forecasting to actual product delivery and payment collection for all accounts, staying in close contact both with customers and the company’s related internal departments




- Ensure effective reporting of all sales activities, business opportunities, competitor's benchmarking and market trends to the Sales Team Leaders on a weekly/ monthly/ quaterly basis.
- Represent the company in local and national exhibitions, conferences and events promoting all products of Trina Solar(Modules, Trackers/Fixed Tilt and BESS)
- Coordinate with Back Office teams to ensure availability, timely delivery of products, and effective communication of stock status to customers
- Handle logistic, financial, quality, and pre/post-sales issues, including documentation such as Letters of Credit, Proforma invoices, and Bills of Lading.
- Maintain close communication with customers, addressingtopicsrelated to orders, shipments, and ongoing service requirements
