About the Role
We are hiring a Business Systems Manager to own and enhance our core enterprise applications, with Salesforce as the primary platform and a manufacturing ERP environment (proALPHA) as a key system of record.
This is a hands‑on, mid‑level role focused on Salesforce administration and development, ERP support, system integrations, and business process optimization. Infrastructure, networking, servers, and cybersecurity are handled by a dedicated internal resource—this role is application‑and business‑facing , not infrastructure‑focused.

What You’ll Do
Salesforce (Primary Focus)
- Own Salesforce administration and ongoing development
- Build and maintain Flows, validations, Apex, and Lightning components
- Manage Salesforce security, roles, permissions, and data model
- Create reports and dashboards for leadership and end users
- Lead Salesforce enhancements, releases, testing, and documentation
- Provide user support and training across sales, marketing, and operations

ERP & Business Systems
- Support and enhance the company’s ERP platform (currently proALPHA )
- Partner with operations, finance, and supply chain teams on ERP workflows
- Own integrations between Salesforce, ERP, and other enterprise systems
- Support ERP‑related reporting, data accuracy, and process improvements
- Coordinate with ERP vendors and implementation partners as needed
