K&D; Factory Service has been servicing the Keystone State since 1945. K&D;
specializes in the repair of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service
equipment in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. Our technicians
are servicing the Pennsylvania area out of 7 branches in Harrisburg, York,
Lancaster, Williamsport, Allentown, Altoona, and Scranton. We are seeking

What You’ll Do:
* Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues, and
all other problems on commercial equipment
* Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call
* Provide an excellent customer experience in supporting customers and
partnering with internal team members
* Ability to work on-call schedule (Including overtime pay)
* Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment according to
company guidelines

What You Need to Apply:
* 2+ years of experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment or in a related
industry
* Strong Knowledge of gas, steam, electrical, or mechanical systems
* Driving record must align with our safety standards
* Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
* CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus
* Must be 18 years of age
* Completion of a Successful background check and drug screen
