CATERING & BOH SUPERINTENDENT$136000 - $180,000 Euros plus 5% bonusmonthly housing stipend and car allowance on top.Position SummaryReporting directly to the Site Team Manager-Newbuild and Commissioning, Superintend servesas a key Owner’s Representative within the Newbuild organization, responsible for overseeingand monitoring shipyard execution, subcontractor performance, and supplier deliverablesrelated to outfitting, back-of-house (BOH), and associated vessel installations throughout theyacht construction lifecycle.This role is responsible for ensuring all assigned systems, equipment, and installations areexecuted in accordance with the Shipbuilding Contract, approved technical specifications,classification requirements, regulatory standards, quality expectations, and project deliverymilestones. Acting as an extension of the Owner’s Newbuild organization, the Inspectorprovides technical oversight, operational guidance, quality assurance, and proactive issueresolution to support timely vessel delivery, commissioning activities,



and operationalreadiness.The position requires extensive cruise and yacht newbuild experience, with strong technicalknowledge across marine outfitting, safety systems, shipboard operations, and constructionmethodologies. The Inspector will work collaboratively with the shipyard, architects,consultants, classification societies, suppliers, operational stakeholders, and cross-functionalproject teams to support successful execution of the project from design review through finaldelivery and commissioning.This role plays a critical function in strengthening shipyard accountability, enforcing contractualand quality standards, supporting integrated commissioning efforts, minimizing delivery risk,and ensuring the vessel is delivered in alignment with Owner expectations, operationalrequirements, and premium luxury brand standardsThis position is located onsite at the Shipyards, you will be required to walk extensively #J-18808-Ljbffr
