We are looking for a very organised and flexible junior lawyer (avvocato) or CPA (commercialista) to join our Private Client and Tax department, in Padua.
Key Elements Of The Role Include
Legal research
Document management, review and analysis
Drafting of tax and legal Memorandum
Assisting in preparing pitches and tenders and in aspects of business development
Assisting with client events
Produce accurate, high-quality work quickly and efficiently, using the firm's software packages and document management systems
Upon request, preparing first drafts of terms of engagement letters;
using electronic file opening,



ensuring anti-money laundering requirements are adhered to and requesting necessarily Know Your Client documentation
Providing effective and proactive communication with clients, legal staff and other support staff, organising meetings, answering the phone, taking messages, managing e-mail, etc.
Resolving accounting queries and producing monthly bills using Elite (finance and time recording system)
General administrative duties

Required Skills And Experience
Excellent academics (not less than *******)
Fluent Italian and English communication skills are mandatory (English proficiency equal to a C1 is a must)
Qualified avvocato or commercialista
Ideally 1-2 years of work experience in tax (prior experience in private client and wealth management will be considered a plus)
Enthusiastic and engaged attitude with excellent people skills and a good, clear communication style
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong research skills
Teamwork is vital and you will often work alongside with colleagues in our overseas offices
Strong IT skills (e.G. Word & Excel)
