Act as a technical reference point for operators, supporting troubleshooting and process optimization initiatives.
Develop team capabilities through coaching, training and skills development programs.

Competenze ed esperienzaA successful Production Supervisor should have:
Degree in Engineeringor a related technical discipline.
2+ years of experience asProcess Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Plant Engineer, Production Engineeror similar roles within FMCG or complex manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge ofLean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, TPM and Root Cause Analysismethodologies.
Proven ability to drive change, influence stakeholders and support performance improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
Analytical mindset with experience in monitoring and improving manufacturing KPIs such asOEE, Productivity, Efficiency and Waste Reduction.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate acrossProduction, Maintenance, Quality and Engineeringfunctions.
