One week you're building the fundraising data room, the next you're running a growth experiment, closing a hiring pipeline, or fixing operations.

/p /brh3What You'll Do /h3 /brul /brliWork directly with the founders on the highest?priority problem of the moment: strategy, fundraising, hiring, operations, GTM.
/li /brliBuild investor materials, board updates, and financial models; support due diligence and fundraising processes.
/li /brliRun special projects end?to?end: market research, pricing experiments, partnerships, new?market analysis.
/li /brliSet up and improve internal operations (tools, processes, reporting) to make the company run faster.
/li /brliOwn recruiting operations for key roles: sourcing, pipeline, candidate experience.
/li /brliNo task is too big or too small: you cover whatever the company needs to move forward.
