/p /brh3Activities: /h3 /brul /brliManagement of Service Bulletin (SB) / Prescrizione Tecnica Ditta (PTD) process including: /li /brliCollection of SB/PTD requirement (from different originators: CAE/CPE, PM, PSM, CSAM, ...) /li /brliAnalysis of the "as design" and "as built" configuration of the in service helicopters candidates for SB/PTD development /li /brliCollection of technical documentation for SB/PTD development /li /brliSupplier engagement for SB/PTD development, monitoring time and costs /li /brliEngagement of logistic dept. for spare parts availability, as necessary /li /brliSB/PTD internal dispatch and comments collection /li /brliSupport to SB validation, either remote or at Customer premises /li /brliFinal SB/PTD approval and official release (for PTD only, support to coordination with DAAA) /li /brliSupport to Service Engineering and logistic dept. for queries related to SB/PTD.
/li /brliSupport to Reconfiguration Engineering to define effort (internal and supplier costs)
