Mission
The Lead Auditor focuses on the planning, execution, and management of audits within our certification business.
You will lead large and complex customer engagements, ensuring effective audit processes, strict compliance with international standards, and the cultivation of strong, professional client relationships.
Key Accountabilities
Document Review: Analyze customer management system documents—including manuals, procedures, instructions, and technical records—to ensure full compliance with standards and regulations.
Audit Execution: Lead and conduct comprehensive audits involving stakeholder interviews, detailed evidence gathering, and critical evaluation of management system implementations.
Result Definition: Identify and define audit findings, accurately categorizing them as positive results, non-conformities, or opportunities for improvement (OFI).
Technical Review: Perform technical reviews of audit files to provide expert insights and recommendations for final certification decisions.
Professional Development: Maintain up-to-date skills, qualifications, and certifications by staying informed on industry standards, evolving regulations, and global best practices.
Data Integrity: Manage and update customer records and all relevant data within the audit process to ensure transparency and traceability.
Customer Excellence: Demonstrate a high degree of customer focus by responding to client needs and ensuring the quality and effectiveness of all audit activities.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (General or related field).
Core Experience: At least 2 years in implementing/auditing Management Systems, with specific focus on ISO ***** (Information Security) and ISO ***** / AI (Artificial Intelligence governance).
Knowledge of traditional systems (ISO ****, *****, *****) is required.
Preferred Skills: Experience with SA **** or UNI PDR 125 (Gender Equality) Management Systems and/or knowledge of specific ethical and social issues is considered a significant plus.
Languages: Professional fluency in both Italian and English.
Compensation Data
The salary range and job grade for this position are defined based on objective, role-related criteria and responsibilities in accordance with CCNL RINA (CNEL code I480).
The gross annual salary range foreseen is between € ****** and € ****** and will be finally defined on candidate's professional experience, qualifications, competencies and overall alignment with the role.
In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.
The overall compensation package is complemented by the Company's welfare.
