/p h3Partner with the best /h3 pThe People Culture -Experience Performance Partner - Italy – Italy supports the execution of People Culture (PC) processes and employee-related initiatives under the guidance of the XP Leader – Italy.
This role contributes to the delivery of PC processes, services, employee engagement activities, and compliance with local labor practices.
The XP Partner collaborates with local managers, employees, and cross-functional PC teams to ensure smooth and consistent PC operations.
/p pAs People Culture -Experience Performance Partner - Italy, you will be responsible of: /p ulliBeing the first point of contact for employees people leaders who provides leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs HR processes in the Country.
Assist in executing core PC processes such as employee employment agreements, promotions, salary adjustments, and internal movements.
/liliConnecting with local talent and implement the talent management agenda in the country.
Coach and support people leaders.
Assist with workforce planning and talent reviews.
/liliHelping implement employee engagement initiatives and regional PC projects at the local level.
/liliSupporting the communication and implementation of country-specific PC policies and procedures.
/liliMonitoring updates to local labor legislation and elevate relevant changes to the XP Leader.
/liliEnsuring compliance with internal guidelines and assist in preparing documentation for audits or inspections.
/liliActing as a first point of contact for employee queries related to PC policies, performance, and workplace concerns.




/liliAssisting in coordinating disciplinary and grievance procedures in collaboration with the XP Leader and LER CoE.
/liliHelping facilitate Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and follow-up actions as needed.
/liliSupporting restructuring, RIF, and MA processes by preparing documentation and coordinating logistics under the direction of the XP Leader.
/liliAssisting in site assessments and labor office inspections, ensuring readiness and compliance.
/liliLiaising with HR Shared Services, Payroll, and other PC teams to resolve employee issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
/li /ul h3Fuel your passion /h3 pTo be successful in this role you will: /p ulliBachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with relevant years of experience in Human Resources).
/liliRelevant experience in HR Business Partnership.
/liliStrong oral and written communication skills.

/liliGreat ability to influence others and lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact and coordinate several projects simultaneously.
Proven analytical and organizational ability.
/liliEffective problem identification and solution skills.
/liliPrevious experience handling Unions and Industrial Relations is a plus.
