In this role you drive service proposal activities by defining costs and delivery timelines for spare parts, shaping competitive offers, and ensuring a smooth handover to execution.
You will align customer requirements with project plans through close collaboration with engineering and supply chain.
The position involves cross-border coordination and on-site presence, contributing to customer satisfaction and plant performance.
This is a chance to influence service engagements at Danieli Centro Tube and work with a global network.

and Supply Chain to define effective solutions and manage technical risks Liaise with Workshops, global Supply Chain, and international plant operations Prepare and interpret technical documentation and specifications for proposals Support transition from proposal to project execution to ensure timely delivery Independent proposal development for spare parts and equipment Customer request analysis from drawings and specs Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Supply Chain Global interface with workshops and international operations Proficiency in MS Office and basic CAD tools (Auto CAD) Ability to read mechanical/electrical/hydraulic drawings and draft specifications Italian and English language skills (minimum B2) Knowledge of seamless/welded pipe production and maintenance is a plus Experience in cost estimation of complete machines or sub-assemblies (revamping area) #J-*****-Ljbffr
