Looking for a BIM Architect and Coordinator to join our studio in Milan (in-person)

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture, with experience in interior architecture and technical design from concept phase to the documentation phase.
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and processes, including model creation, coordination, and clash detection.
- Ability to produce precise Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings that clearly communicate design and technical requirements.
- Experience managing Submittals, reviewing technical documentation, and coordinating with consultants and contractors.
- Advanced skills in relevant design and BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, or similar), and familiarity with industry standards.
- BIM coordination of the work team and the consultants involved in the project.
- Experience in high-end residential, hospitality, or retail projects, ideally in an international or design-led studio environment.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Italian & English.
