HR Manager Italy EP/NV & Project management
In this role, you will partner with the EP/NV commercial teams in Italy to translate regional people strategies into local actions that advance business goals.
You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, driving coaching, talent development, organizational design, change management, and strategic workforce planning.
You will lead BUHR activities for Italy, support Regional Office HR, and manage cross-functional HR projects with a focus on innovation and capability building.

and accountability Implement tailored HR solutions and partner with COEs for specialized support Advise on employee communication and engagement initiatives across client groups Lead change management efforts including integrations, divestitures, and restructurings Drive Talent Rhythm processes and succession planning to retain diverse talent Own and drive EP/NV HR priority initiatives with clear scope, milestones, and risk management Lead adhoc strategic projects from problem framing to delivery Ensure cross-initiative collaboration and knowledge sharing 5+ years of professional experience; minimum 3 years HR or HR-related experience preferred Based in Italy with travel between offices in Italy and limited travel to other countries Strong business partnering skills and ability to influence leadership Experience with coaching, talent management, organizational design, and change management Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead strategic HR initiatives Knowledge of Credo behaviors and HR competencies from Johnson & Johnson culture In this role, you will partner with the EP/NV commercial teams in Italy to translate regional people strategies into local actions that adva... #J-*****-Ljbffr
