ph3Hybrid Multicloud Architect /h3pWithin the Group IT Department, the Hybrid Multicloud Architect will play a key role in defining and driving the Group cloud strategy, enabling the adoption of secure, scalable and resilient hybrid and multicloud solutions across the organization.
The position will support the integration of on?premises and cloud environments, ensuring alignment between technology strategies and business objectives while fostering innovation, agility, and operational efficiency.
/ph3Key Activities /h3ulliDesign and architect hybrid and multicloud solutions that meet business, security, and compliance requirements.
/liliLead cloud migration initiatives from a Group perspective, including assessment, planning, execution and optimization.
/liliDevelop and maintain cloud governance frameworks, policies, and best practices.
/liliCollaborate with cross?functional teams to ensure cloud architectures support application performance, scalability, and reliability.
/liliEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies to enhance cloud capabilities.
/liliEnsure cost?effective cloud usage through optimization and monitoring tools.
/liliProvide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and operations teams.
/liliManage vendor relationships and negotiate cloud service agreements.
/liliMaintain documentation of architecture designs, configurations, and operational procedures.
/li /ulh3Key Requirements /h3ulliMaster's degree in Information Security, IT or related field /liliMinimum 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud architecture roles.




/liliExperience supporting security maturity programs across multiple business units or regions /liliDemonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders across IT and business functions /liliHigh level of personal integrity and strong judgement /liliStrong analytical and problem?solving skills /liliSkilled in stakeholder management across business and technology functions /liliStrong presentation and communication skills /liliFluency in English is required.
/liliItalian or Dutch is considered an advantage.

The compensation package is expected to range between approximately €55,000 and €60,000 gross annual salary, depending on the candidate's professional experience and competencies.
