/p h3THE ROLE /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced and results-oriented bRegional Asset Lead /b (RAL) to manage and support a team of Asset Analysts across the UKI Nordics region.
The RAL will be responsible for executing regional fleet strategies, ensuring the consistent deployment of processes, and driving performance in line with customer satisfaction, unavailability, and infleet goals.
/p pReporting directly to the Regional Director and functionally to the Asset Strategy Director, the RAL serves as the operational backbone of the region.
This role requires a highly collaborative leader who can effectively translate strategy into execution and support local depots through coordination and oversight of regional processes and partnerships.
/p h3WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?




/h3 h3Regional Execution Operational Support /h3 ul liOversee daily operational processes across the region, ensuring coordination with local depots and Asset Analysts.
/li liEnsure full compliance with SOPs, especially in health safety, facilities, stock management, and service delivery.
/li liMonitor and drive results on core KPIs, particularly unavailability, supplier network, vehicle maintenance cost and infleet process.
/li liConduct regular field visits to assess operations, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
/li liServe as the right arm of the Regional Director and act as the BROM's replacement during absences.
/li /ul h3Team Leadership People Development /h3 ul liLead and develop a team of Asset Analysts through regular 1:1s, team check-ins, and coaching.
/li liSupport team members in partner management, project delivery, and continuous improvement.
/li liCollaborate with the People team on hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives.
/li /ul h3Partner Supplier Management /h3 ul liAct as the main regional contact for key suppliers /li liLead supplier negotiations when needed, and assess supplier performance to ensure SLA compliance and drive improvements.




/li /ul h3Process Optimization Strategic Projects /h3 ul liLead strategic initiatives like depot openings and fleet projects.
/li liContinuously improve processes for speed, cost-efficiency, and consistency, using data and insights to evolve standards and playbooks.
/li /ul h3Cross-Functional Collaboration Reporting /h3 ul liAct as a bridge between central and local teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
/li liCollaborate with functional departments to resolve blockers and improve regional performance.
/li liProvide regular updates on performance, risks, and opportunities to regional and strategy leadership.
/li /ul h3WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
/h3 pWe're seeking a structured, action-oriented leader with a proven track record in operational execution and people management.
The ideal candidate will have: /p ul li6 to 8 years of experience in operations, rent-a-car, supply chain, or project management, ideally with multi-site exposure.
/li li2 to 5 years of experience managing teams, including performance management and coaching.
/li liStrong background in fleet management and supplier/partner management /li liProficiency in analyzing and acting on operational KPIs and dashboards.
/li liExcellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
/li liA practical, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on execution.
/li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills.
/li liFluency in English (mandatory); fluency in a regional language (e.g., German, Italian, French, or Spanish) is a strong plus.
