/ph3LEGAL MANAGER (F/M) /h3pLONG TERM CONTRACT /ppROME (Italy) /ppYour main tasks will be to: /ph3SUPPORT CORPORATE TRANSACTIONS /h3ulliManage and monitor the portfolio of domestic companies (approval of accounts, renewal of managers, drafting of intra-group agreements, management of the required legal formalities, POA, etc.) /liliProvide support for capital transactions and internal reorganization /liliOrganize and provide legal support for MA transactions /liliProvide legal support for project financing transactions /li /ulh3HANDLE CONTRACT NEGOTIATION AND DRAFTING /h3ulliAnalyse, draft and negotiate contracts in Italian or in English (land lease, development partnership, EPC, OM, grid connection, PPA, service agreement, etc.)
/liliPrepare all legal documents required for participation in tenders and consultations, from application to selection of the offer (NDA, MOU, term sheets, protocols, etc.) /liliUpdate and maintain the database of standard contracts /li /ulh3PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE AND RISK MANAGEMENT /h3ulliManage and oversee litigation cases /liliProvide legal advice to all relevant stakeholders /liliDevelop and implement guidelines on regulatory and compliance maters /liliCentralize legal documentation and handle local litigation and insurance matters.
/liliEnsure the legal reporting and update the Legal Department's databases and dashboards.

/liliProvide training on legal issues relating to the group's activities.
/li /ulh3LEAD AND DEVELOP THE LEGAL TEAM /h3ulliManage, coach and develop the Italian Legal team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing and business-oriented culture.
/liliSet priorities, allocate resources and ensure the effective execution of legal activities and projects.
/liliSupport team members in their professional growth through mentoring, performance management and continuous development.
/liliPromote knowledge sharing and alignment with Group Legal priorities and standards.
/li /ulh3EXPECTED SKILLS /h3pYou hold a master's degree in Italian Corporate law or Renewable Energy Law and you have at least 5 years of experience as an in-house Legal Manager in the renewable energy sector.
/ppYou have proven leadership skills and experience managing and developing legal professionals.
/ppA strong background in MA transactions in the renewable sector is necessary for that role.
/ppFluency in both Italian and English is required for the position.
/ppYou will be able to work from home 1 day per week.
/ppIn line with current pay transparency regulations, the gross annual salary for this position ranges from €70,000 to €80,000.
